Over the last seventeen years, Sheldon has worked for three of Canada’s Big Five Banks. His career path began with roles in Operations and Risk Management, and then in 2003 he started in Mortgages and Lending. Arranging residential mortgages through Retail Banking, has helped him understand the value of having the ability to offer his clients multiple lending options. It was this insight that motivated him to complete the Mortgage Agent Licensing and join The Pacific Mortgage Group under the banner Mortgage Brokers.com (currently Mortgage Architects) in 2009.

With an academic background in Commerce and additional certification courses in Residential Mortgage Underwriting, he is able to educate clients about mortgages for first time buyers and welcome all credit circumstances. Sheldon maintains established relationships with more than twenty Bank and Mortgage Lenders, which gives him access to the lowest mortgage rates being offered in the industry. He specializes in 1st, 2nd and SME Commercial Mortgages.
